Intelligent Solutions Inc.(ISI) Was Founded in Tehran Since 1999 as EPC contractor in oil, gas and petrochemical industries. The Company is established as Client Oriented Organization to Provide Turn Key Solutions to Oil Industry Offshore & Onshore Projects.
ISI has executed several projects in oil, gas and Petrochemical Industries, and Acquired First Grade Ranking from Iranian Planning and Management Organization.

Due to increasing demand for new offshore installations and maintenance
activities, the fabrication yard was constructed on Aug, 8, 2014 in assaluye,
Bushehr province.
The yard expand in an area of about 80,000 m2 (40,000 m2 land +40,000 m2
reclaimed) with quay wall having the length of over 70 m and water depth of 5 meter.
The quay wall level is 3.5 m and has direct access to Persian Gulf.
